Our cost on each figure would be around $25USD. These things would not be cheap to produce. Keeping them small also reduces the potential for damage in shipping.
These would be made relatively small and light so that we're able to ship them internationally for not-insane costs. Since every character in Grimm had a 'light' and 'dark' representation - my idea is to present both versions of a single character on one base.
